Hailey Nicole is best known for her lead roles as Destiny Wickham in the upcoming Sci-fi television series “Time Girl” along with its mini-movie “Meet The Meows” where she played the role of Rigel. She also enjoyed playing small/featured roles in the Fox Searchlight Pictures 2021 movie “The Eyes of Tammy Faye”, the HBO television series “The Righteous Gemstones”, and an upcoming musical Nickelodeon show! Hailey is a strong supporter of charities that advocate for people with special needs.

TELL US A LITTLE BIT ABOUT YOURSELF?
My name is Hailey Nicole and I am 16 years old. I live in Charlotte NC and I love everything about the arts! In my free time I like to hang out with my 6 pets – (1 dog, 4 cats, 1 lizard). I also enjoy watching Netflix and learning how to play the ukulele & piano.
HOW DID YOU START AND HOW WAS YOUR FIRST EXPERIENCE IN THE INDUSTRY?
My film career started about 2 years ago when I was asked to be an extra in 2 UNCSA films. I loved every bit of being on set and being in front of multiple cameras! After that, I decided to start auditioning for more films and tv shows. After booking a few, my passion for the film industry peaked and I knew it was what I wanted to pursue.
HOW DO YOU PREPARE IN ADVANCE FOR A ROLE?
To prepare for a role, I start by doing my homework. I thoroughly exam my script/lines to understand how my character moves/feels/reacts/acts/etc. Then I do some research. I find similar characters in other movies/tv shows, watch them, and incorporate their body language into my character. This helps me to fully envision and embody the role. Then I’m ready to bring my character to life!!!
WHERE DO YOU FIND YOUR ARTISTIC INSPIRATION?
I find lots of artistic inspiration from singer/songwriter, Harry Styles. He has taught me not to be afraid of trying new genres/sounds of music and his musical journey is amazing. He also inspires me by being an avid believer in being who you truly are and embracing it.
AS AN ACTOR, SINGER-SONGWRITER AND INFLUENCER, I ASSUME YOU HAVE ACHIEVED ALMOST EVERY GOAL SOMEONE COULD HAVE. WHAT IS THAT GOAL YOU STILL HAVEN’T ACHIEVED?
One goal that I’m still working on is to improve my dancing skills, specifically my tap and hiphop (those are my absolute favorite genres of dance).
WHAT TYPE OF ROLE DO YOU SEE YOURSELF PLAYING IN THE FUTURE?
I can see myself playing a superhero role, that has always been a dream of mine. I am very ambitious and determined, so with some hard work, I’ll make it happen!
ANY UPCOMING PROJECTS/ROLES YOU CAN TALK ABOUT?
I have 2 super fun tv shows coming up! One is an action-packed sci-fi series called “Time Girl” in which I play the role of Destiny Wickham. Another one, that I just wrapped filming for, is a new Nickelodeon musical series called… sorry to leave you hanging but I can’t say yet! But I will say that it is an AMAZINGLY FUN series.
WHO INSPIRED YOU IN YOUR LIFE AND WHAT IS YOUR GREATEST ACHIEVEMENT SO FAR?
My sister is my #1 inspiration. Her name is Brianna, she has Cerebral Palsy and is in a wheelchair. She inspires me everyday because she is so hard-working and is unbelievably kind. I aspire to be just as hard-working and kind as she is. I would say that one of my greatest achievements has been becoming a role model. I have a lot of little kids looking up to me right now and it is such an amazing feeling.
DO YOU SUPPORT ANY CHARITIES? WHICH ONES AND WHY?
I’m a big supporter of Special Olympics & United Cerebral Palsy because of my sister, Brianna. I also support multiple animal charities because I love animals with my whole heart. Even when I can’t donate I still help out by volunteering to be a “buddy” for special needs children and adults and I foster kittens and puppies in Charlotte NC.
