Danique Motzheim is an Entrepreneur and Founder of Luxury Beauty App from the Netherlands. She is in beauty business from last many years, and during all these years Danique wanted to create something for the benefits of the beauty industry, and then she creates “Luxury Beauty App” – Uber of the beauty business. Here are the questions we asked Danique to know more about her and Luxury Beauty App:
WHEN DID YOU LAUNCH THE LUXURY BEAUTY APP?
We officially launched the App last week on March 25, 2020. We didn’t want to start it so quickly, especially not in this coronavirus crisis. But our mission is to give as much love and care in this world as possible. It’s a tough time for retail, salons and beauty experts right now. We want to help and support them in every way we can. Retail and salons can sell their beauty and lifestyle products on the Luxury Beauty app without worrying about shipping and still have the social distance with their costumers. We have a great team of delivery guys around Europe who deliver products from retail to the end customer in less than 60 minutes.
WHAT IS LUXURY BEAUTY APP ALL ABOUT?
The Luxury Beauty app is all about delivering beauty to your home, office, hotel room or event. From beauty and lifestyle services, treatments, products and trainings. We have created the Luxury Beauty Expert app for shops, salons and experts. This App is like an online salon retail management app and they can manage their business through the App to get the freedom they want. The App is available on both platforms, the Appstore of IOS and in the Playstore of Google.
WHAT IS THE MOST REWARDING PART OF WORKING IN THE BEAUTY INDUSTRY?
You are taking good care for yourself and the other.
Because when you look good, you feel good.
When you feel good, you do good.
That is our mission we go after.
That is our reward.

WHAT IS THE MOST BEAUTIFUL THING YOU HAVE ACHIEVED SO FAR?
Our Partnership with Uber! I cannot say enough how thankful I am to be an Exclusive Business Partner of Uber. It is so essential that our beauty experts drive to their customers safely and easily. I love to give them the feeling of a luxurious lifestyle and give them the most caring services I can offer them.
HOW IMPORTANT IS PERSONAL BRANDING, AND WHAT DO YOU DO TO GROW YOUR BRAND?
For me, personal branding is showing your true self. What are my values? What do I strive for in life? How can I show this to the world to become an inspiration to them. I show this on Instagram stories and on my youtube channel LUXURY BY DANIQUE… Being in the game can be scary. You can get hurt, you can make a bad move and you can lose. But, if you don’t play, you never have a chance to be an inspiration for others. I would rather play even if it means losing because at least I gave what I could, had fun in the process and was able to learn something in order to be smarter in the future.
The way I grow my brand is by talking to beauty experts to ask them what’s important to them. What their needs are. Having real conversations with customers. I think this is the most valuable growing hack to grow your brand. To have a really loving brand that people love.
