World’s Best Sleep Physician Yatin J Patel Shares Preventions For Coronavirus

Coronavirus has reached far and wide, and hardly country is there which is not affected by the virus. Almost all countries have started to get affected. The virus is so dangerous that it is not only affecting the health of people, but also it is affecting the share market badly.

A medical practitioner of Indian origin, who lives and practices medicine in Indiana, Dr. Yatin J Patel has shared a video on youtube in which he can be seen talking about the infection, symptoms, and prevention of the virus. Dr. Patel is a board-certified pulmonologist, and sleep physician, who at his private practice, Sneeze & Snooze Clinic, Indiana, oversees the care of the patients suffering from a variety of sleep disorders.

In the video that he shared, Dr. Patel explained that 16% of patients are those who will be affected seriously and other 2% who are above 60 will account for death.

According to the Dr. Patel, the basic symptoms include, Fever, Cough, and breathing problem. Breathing problem is more severe amongst all symptoms.

Dr. Patel also says that if you feel any of these symptoms, immediately consult the doctor. Besides, he also said that people should wear mask, avoid coming in close contact with other people. Moreover, avoid touching or scratching your face again and again as the virus is said to be spread by the contact.

According to the doctor, people should wash their hands with soap and water for 20 seconds. Doctor said, “Water and soap are the best disinfectants”. Besides, doctor also said that people should use hand sanitizers with 60% alcohol and strictly avoid handshakes.

Also, doctor advised to avoid touching face, going to common places like temple, mosque, etc. and avoid using public transports, like bus, train, and metros.  He also advised people to use anti-bacterial sprays for cleaning surface, handles, and faucets etc.

Finally, Dr. Patel asked everybody to have faith, and said that this will be curbed, and there is no need to panic!
