In 2007, Singh founded her first start-up, Quetzal, to provide background verification checks to recruiters. However, the venture faced challenges in the cost-driven market and did not achieve the desired success. Undeterred, Singh ventured into her second start-up, Fab-Bag, in 2012. Fab-Bag was a subscription-based platform that delivered beauty products to customers every month.
