HI CADEN! THANKS FOR TAKING THE TIME TO CHAT WITH US! CAN YOU TELL US A LITTLE BIT ABOUT YOURSELF, WHO CADEN CONRIQUE IS IN YOUR OWN WORDS?
I am a guy that loves his family and friends.  I love life and having fun.  I am a good friend and don’t like drama.  I am a good brother and have great sisters who are my best friends.  I wish the best for everyone and appreciate all I have.

WHAT IS THE FIRST THING YOU DO TO RESEARCH AND APPROACH A ROLE?
I normally check to see if it is a remake of another show and if it is I watch some episodes of that show to see how the characters interact with each other and study the tone of the show or film.  If it is not, then I work on the character based on the information provided in the breakdowns.  If there is none I come up with up with my own character style.  I run the sides (script) with my sister Dylan to prepare for the audition, self-tape or the job if booked.

HOW IMPORTANT IS DEVELOPING A PERSONAL STYLE WHEN IT COMES TO ACTING?
I think that the creation of your personal style is important as it portrays who you are as a person. It can change over time and depending on who your inspiration is at the time.  If you feel good as a person it makes you more confident as an actor.

WHAT WOULD YOU DO IF YOU WERE STARTING IN YOUR INDUSTRY NOW?
I think finding the best team you can to surround yourself with who believes in you is the most important.  Managers and Agents are so important.  They will help guide your career and help you become successful in the business.

OUTSIDE OF ACTING, DO YOU HAVE ANY OTHER MAJOR INTERESTS OR PASSIONS?
When I am not working on my craft I am hanging out with friends and family.  I learned how to snowboard this year which has been a ton of fun.  With lockdown it has given me time to work on myself and prepare for the world to open up again and be the best I can be.

YOU HAVE 1.2 M FOLLOWERS ON INSTAGRAM; WHAT ADVICE WOULD YOU GIVE TO THOSE INTERESTED IN BUILDING A FOLLOWING ONLINE?
Be yourself and honest.  Don’t worry about numbers and just have fun.  Be authentic.  It takes time so you have to be patient.  Don’t let it consume your life.

WHAT’S THE BEST THING A FAN HAS EVER DONE FOR YOU?
The fans are the best.  I have received fan mail and artwork which is so special as they put their time and energy into it.  I love all the edits on my socials and try to repost as many of them as I can.  The fans are so creative and talented with what they do.

CAN YOU TELL MORE ABOUT WHAT IT WAS LIKE TO WORK ON SET?
Each set is different as you get to meet so many talented people.  Everyone from the cast, crew, writers, producers, crafty, wardrobe, lighting, etc. they put so much work into making a great show or movie.  Every set is unique to its show its very exciting and depending on the project so technical.

WHAT WOULD YOU WANT TO TELL YOUR FANS OUT THERE?
I want them to know that I love them all and their support.  Also, to never give up on their dreams whatever they may be as you can be anything you want to be.

ANY PROJECTS YOU WANT TO TELL US ABOUT?
I just wrapped a short film that will hopefully go to the film markets and used to be pitched to networks as a potential new series.
