Paul Terrington appointed as the new leader of PwC’s consulting division

PwC UK has appointed Paul Terrington as a new leader for its consulting wing. He has been working with the firm for more than 30 years.

PwC has spent the back-end of the last decade strengthening and consolidating its UK operations, which includes, reorganizing its offering outside of London, growing and up-skilling its workforce in Northern Ireland, and championing new technologies.

Over the past four years the world our clients operate in and the challenges we help them solve have become more complex. We will continue to invest in quality, up skilling our people and technology as we help organizations respond to the fourth industrial revolution.”

Paul Terrington succeeds Marco Amitrano as Head of Consulting at PwC UK. Having served four years in the role, Amitrano, who has 27 years of international experience in advisory and assurance services was previously PwC’s Global and UK Risk Assurance Services Leader. As of July, Amitrano will step aside for Terrington.

Terrington, who joined the firm in 1988 currently sits on PwC’s UK Management Board as Head of Regions. He has also been the Regional Chairman of PwC in Northern Ireland since 2011. For past nine years, Terrington has been leading the establishment and growth of PwC’s Belfast office.
