Levi Zadoff and Dead Hendrix Joined Forces in The New EP, “Dead Summer.”

Levi Zadoff and Dead Hendrix have collaborated to create an abstract record titled “Dead Summer,” featuring five tracks. The narrative provided in this EP is tied to the pandemic since people have suffered tremendous losses as a direct result of the virus’s global expansion. “Dead Summer” is a reflection of the global catastrophe, whether it was individuals losing loved ones or an increase in drug consumption among the population. Released via The Walking Dead in June, it is an excellent collection of tunes that have been carefully created and produced.

In order to bring their punk fusion sound to life with experimental pop-punk and rap-rock sensibilities, the duo worked together with talented producers IOF (Future, Paris Shadows), Yago Beats, and SPLASHGVNG (Lil Peep, Sewerperson). This melodious EP starts with “Don’t Think It Could Get Much Better.” As it progresses, the EP becomes more interesting and exciting to pay attention to. “Dead Summer” successfully combines melodic elements with edgier ones and counterculture elements with contemporary relevance.

Both Levi Zadoff and Dead Hendrix, based in Los Angeles and Ottawa, respectively, have their sights set on becoming internationally famous in the music industry. In order to give his hit songs their own distinctive tone, Levi writes songs about a wide range of topics and draws on his own life experiences. Levi believes that music is one of the most effective ways to convey one’s ideas and emotions. His music is characterized by its abundance of wordplay, zany melodies, and hallucinogenic noises. He incorporates pop, punk, rock, and rap elements.

Gavin Kratt, professionally known as Dead Hendrix, is primarily renowned for his work in the genres of punk and rap. He started writing music at a very young age. His music frequently addresses topics such as substance misuse, heartbreak, insecurity, and tragic events. He solely makes music intending to express the passion that drives him, and that is his only goal in doing so.
