Kendall Monroe To Release Her First Single “Over You” on June 11th

LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Kendall Monroe (Too Real) is adding recording artist to her resume with the June release of her debut single Over You. Inspired by Madison Beer, Ms. Monroe uses a bad, past relationship as a vehicle to empower young women to believe in themselves.

Not your typical break-up song, Over You perfectly blends a unique Indie-Pop-Fusion sound with a catchy lyric. Produced by multi-platinum Pop/Hip Hop/R&B producer and songwriter Andrew Lane (Backstreet Boys) and co-written by Kendall Monroe and Mimi Jules, the song has been a long time in the making.

The writing process originated about a year back based on personal experience and came together with the help of a co- writer who I creatively vibed with perfectly.”

Over You speaks to anyone who has been mistreated or felt disrespected in a relationship. The song inspires the listener to believe in themselves and find the strength from within to forget the past and look toward the future. The message that you will be better and happier will be the anthem of the summer. Kendall Monroe is committed to bringing kindness into the world and there is no better way to spread positivity than through music. Over You will be the first of three singles released by this young artist. La Di Die and Déjà vu will complete the trio of summer hits.
