Hi About Insider Fam! I am half Kazakhstani half Ethiopian Singer and Model. I moved to Los Angeles 5 years ago and living my dream. I worked with amazing designers and very talented artists like Tyga, Rick Ross and Ty$Sign.
I used to sing Opera I studied in Italy Rome at Vissi D’arte Vissi D’Amore international music Academy. And now I sing pop. My latest single BREAKOUT Ft. Marzia Dorlando is available on all the digital platforms now.
HOW AND WHEN DID YOU START MODELING?
I used to model for fun back home in Kazakhstan, even worked with local Louis Vuitton and Saks Fifth Avenue. But I never even thought that I could achieve so much and actually make a living doing it. When I moved to LA I was so insecure with the gathering of beautiful people trying to achieve and become a model/singer/actor that I almost didn’t even wanted to try. But I am happy I did. Because this city has so much to offer to everyone. You just need to offer something in return.
DESCRIBE YOURSELF IN 3 WORDS?
Loyal. Successful. Inimitable.
WHAT IS THE BEST AND WORST PART OF BEING A MODEL?
Best part is that moment of your first step on the runway when nothing else matters. Your head gets so clear, with no thoughts. You just there. Present. Happy. Yourself.
And oh, the worst part is the auditions. They give me anxiety even after so many of them. I still get so nervous that I can’t even perform and be my best on 100% of my ability. But when you book the job it makes it all so worth it.
ARE THERE ANY MODELS IN THE INDUSTRY YOU LOOK UP TO?
I love Iman and Imaan Hammam oh, have you guys seen that Vogue Arabia cover of both of them when Imaan Meets Iman.
IN YOUR OPINION WHICH IS THE ONE DRESS THAT CAN NEVER GO OUT OF FASHION?
Honestly, I think dresses will always change and always go out of fashion. What won’t go out of fashion – Diamonds.
WHO IS YOUR FAVORITE FASHION DESIGNER?
Versace.
TELL US ABOUT THE ORIGINAL MUSIC YOU ARE WORKING ON?
As I said earlier I just released a song with Italian DJ Marzia Dorlando called BREAKOUT. And right now I am working on another collaboration with Tamara Kumbula, song named Her Story. So stay tuned you guys.
WHAT INSPIRES YOU TO WRITE MUSIC?
Life, my feelings at that specific moment when I am at the studio. Or even world events.
