TELL US SOMETHING ABOUT YOURSELF?
First of all thank you for the interview, it is a pride for me. I am Raquel Sánchez, Founder and Owner of @rsazafatas, Auxiliary Personnel Agency for Events in Spain. Co-founder and Executive Director of @ShiraStock, a company created post-covid to promote and improve the Corporate Image of Companies. In the workplace, I am very persistent and I am passionate about challenges.
WHAT HAS BEEN SUCCESSFUL AS AN ENTREPRENEUR?
I think to be very focused on my ideas and projects and try not to fail anyone, both clients and workers.
HOW WOULD YOU DEFINE TRUE ENTREPRENEURSHIP?
A real madness … To undertake is to develop a project or idea that you have in mind, to put it into practice.
AS A WOMAN IN THE WORLD DOMINATED BY MEN?
In the business world I do not like the distinctions between men and women when I have a meeting to close a business I treat a manager or director equally and I hope the same for him.
WHAT MESSAGE DO YOU HAVE FOR OTHER FEMALE PROFESSIONALS IN THE COMMUNITY?
Every time we are more enterprising women and businesswomen, the best we can do is fight and demonstrate what we are worth with our effort and constant work.
HOW IMPORTANT IS YOUR PERSONAL BRAND AND WHAT DO YOU DO TO GROW YOUR PERSONAL BRAND?
It is essential in the development of a company. Brand Image helps you drive business growth, develop stronger relationships from the first contact to total customer satisfaction. To grow a personal or business brand you have to design a style and follow it, never deviate and confuse the customer.
WHAT IS A PIECE OF ADVICE YOU WOULD GIVE TO AN ENTREPRENEUR?
That he is well trained in marketing to know how to sell his company, whatever the sector. We are in a moment and more now after Covid-19 that there is a need to digitize companies and marketing is essential. When I started in the business world, I had no knowledge, but seeing the need, I did a master in digital marketing.
ANYTHING ELSE YOU WOULD LIKE TO SHARE WITH OUR READERS?
Yes, they do not decay. Entrepreneurship is difficult and unforeseen always arise, you have to fall and get up, be constant and persistent in the fight. The satisfaction of achieving an achievement is very great and I personally enjoy creating jobs.
