I had the privilege to interview one of the world’s most trending celebrity fitness trainer and bodybuilder Chris aka Dream; he is from the United States and has over 123K followers on Instagram. I have been following him closely, and after chasing him for long – Finally, I could manage to chat with him and here are the questions I asked:

YOU ARE ONE OF THE MOST TRENDING MALE BODYBUILDERS ON INSTAGRAM; WHAT GOT YOU STARTED IN THIS INDUSTRY?
What got me started in the fitness industry was my goal to achieve playing pro football and after my football journey came to an end I continued my passion to lift and train.
WHO ARE YOUR FITNESS IDOLS?
Arnold I would say was a good Idol because of the way he was able to go from the bodybuilding stage to acting.
HOW DOES A REGULAR DAY IN YOUR LIFE LOOK LIKE?
A regular day for me is training, talking to clients, and investing within myself.
WHAT’S YOUR APPROACH ON DIET AND NUTRITION?
My approach to diet and nutrition is to always come up with a plan rather it be with myself or my client to ensure he or she will be able to follow and stick to the diet.
WHAT’S YOUR MAIN RULE WHEN IT COMES TO YOUR DIET?
Never Cheat and Never Go Off the Diet.
HOW LONG DO YOU TRAIN AN AVERAGE CLIENT?
I often train clients for an hour, sometimes I tend to extend the session up to 2hrs with no additional charge because results and helping my client achieve their individual goals is really all that matters.
WHO WAS YOUR FIRST CELEBRITY CLIENT?
My first celebrity client came actually when I was still playing football he was actually an actor on a popular television series called Empire.
WHAT THREE TIPS DO YOU GIVE FOR THE BEGINNERS?
Tip 1 – Take your time there is no rush
Tip 2 – Allow your body to develop take baby steps
