Interview with Boss Beez, Founder of Morality Music Management
PLEASE, BRIEFLY INTRODUCE YOURSELF, WHO IS BOSS BEEZ IN YOUR OWN WORDS?
My name is Bryan “Boss Beez” Pharaon. I am the Founder and CEO of independent management label, Morality Music. I was born in Haiti, 1997, and came to America in the summer of 2005. I have an older brother and a little sister; we were raised by a wise woman who showed us the power of a strong work ethic.
My unique selling point in this industry is simply myself. Multiple people offer managerial/ marketing services but its the businessman in the transaction that makes each situation different. In all business, I carry my passion, competence, communication, and honesty. I am very passionate about my brand’s respect and success. This forces me to
work with efficiency, regardless of who I am in business with or conducting a service for.
WHAT INSPIRES YOU AS AN ENTREPRENEUR?
My father was a well-respected radio personnel in Haiti. I grew up watching him interact with celebrities. The biggest artist and music stars in the country use to eat at my dinner table. I also admired his freedom of speech, and his ability to act because he was in charge of the show! He was the boss! When we came to America in 2005, we went from royalty in Haiti, to the lower class in America. 3 months later, my father dies, and our world crumbled! My inspiration is to gain back everything he had times 50! I’ve always known that I deserve more than lower-class freedom or middle-class freedom. I’m crazy enough to believe I can become a multi-billionaire and there is no stopping until I have achieved that.

WHAT STANDS YOU OUT FROM OTHERS?
My ability to maintain confidence, communicate, delegate, and motivate, is what I believe stands me from others. My confidence allows me to approach every situation with a great attitude. My ability to communicate allows me to network, and most importantly, teach! I also know my weaknesses, which is why I delegate work to and learn from people who are better than me in certain fields. Last but not least, my ability to transfer motivation ignites the passion in my clients and partners to chase leadership in their crafts!
WHO INSPIRED YOU IN YOUR LIFE AND WHAT IS YOUR GREATEST ACHIEVEMENT SO FAR?
I draw inspiration from many places, but the stories of Clarance Avant, Jay-Z, Diddy, and J Prince, are what inspire me the most. These guys are true hip-hop pioneers, and they paved the way for success! Each started with ZERO!
My greatest accomplishment is establishing the foundation of my brand and converting my business into an official LLC, in order for us to grow efficiently! This might not seem major to most, but a solid foundation is everything to me. You cant build a tower on a foundation that was set for a townhouse.
IS THERE A CHARACTERISTIC OR QUALITY THAT YOU FEEL IS ESSENTIAL TO SUCCESS?
DISCIPLINE & CONFIDENCE: there are many skills that can lead you to success but these are my top two!
Confidence will allow you to approach opportunities with a killer attitude! A positive attitude will get you a lot further than a negative! It also allows you to keep pushing through failure! We are bound to fail, but it’s not about how many times you fall, it’s about how many times you get up. Confidence in yourself allows you to get up!
Everybody knows what can be helpful or hurtful to their journey. The disciplined will delay their gratification for the sake of success. On the other hand, the undisciplined will fall for momentary pleasure, which is always detrimental in the long run.
HOW IMPORTANT IS PERSONAL BRANDING AND WHAT DO YOU DO TO GROW YOUR PERSONAL BRAND?
Personal branding is very important because whether someone cares about branding themselves or not, their public action falls under their brand or their reputation. In this day and age, your brand is your reputation and a reflection of your values. Therefore it is important to make sure the right picture is being painted of you.
To grow my personal brand I first, based my brand around who I truly am as a person. Then, I simply become transparent and straight forward. I like to teach my followers the new, encouraging lessons I’ve learned. I’m open about obstacles I’ve faced; posting blooper videos. Last but not least, I show them progress! My business is never stagnant! I like to improve and keep improving. Again, to grow my personal brand I’m transparent, I talk the talk and walk the walk.
DO YOU HAVE ANY TIPS FOR OUR READERS WHO ARE TRYING TO BREAK INTO THE INDUSTRY?
Millionaire dreams require millionaire habits: study the daily habits of those who made it to the destination you are headed towards. If successful people read 50+ books a year, and you want to be successful, you have to do the same! They don’t have to be the same books but it has to be the same practice of brain stimulation. If you have to wake up earlier to chase your dreams, then do so! If you have to quit a bad habit to keep you more focused, then simply do it! Million-dollar dreams need million dollar habits.
