Earlier ageing was considered one of the biggest risk factors for heart attacks. Men over 50 and women over 65 were majorly affected by it. But today, it’s not so; people in their 20s, 30s, and 40s are the prime victims of cardiovascular attacks. The heart attack rate amongst young people has increased tremendously. And the culprits behind the high heart attack rates among the young are lifestyle and diabetes. Of course, this is saddening for all of us. However, the good news is 86% of heart attacks are preventable in the young.

There is a significant gap between the two as our natural evolutions take thousands of years to upgrade. In the gap between these two, the heart and related diseases are creeping into. It needs to be fixed.
