Hollywood Next Protégé McGregory Frederique

Talented actor, executive producer, philanthropist, and director are all words synonymous with McGregory Frederique. Born in Haiti and raised in Elmont, New York, McGregory has been in the industry for four years. His first film credit includes a Background role in Chris Rock and Adam Sandler’s film, The Week Of, and he has appeared as a stuntman in the TV Series, Rockk Island.

Frederique’s film experience did not stop there, as he had been cast as a lead actor in The Underground (2020) and The Moth (2019), both of which can be found on Amazon Prime. McGregory was also notably casted in an Oscar award-winning film, The Neighbors’ Window (2019). After completing various projects, he decided to venture out, beginning his journey with screenwriting in January 2021.

This newfound interest led to the completion of his most recent released film, R.E.G.R.E.T. McGregory directed. R.E.G.R.E.T. received a great deal of recognition within a month of its release date, including numerous film festival selections (including being selected for the highest category, “The Best Director”), and became an official award winning film earning “Best Poster” at 1st Monthly Film Festival. R.E.G.R.E.T is currently streaming on Roku in the United States and 19 other countries. It premiered in the United Kingdom December 15, 2021 and will be advertised via Radio in the United Kingdom as well. McGregory’s accomplishments have been listed in countless articles, including Page Six of the New York Post and Patch.
