Geianna Gonzalez has been turning heads since she first stepped on the scene. Setting her sights on the Runway, she has walked in numerous fashion shows in Los Angeles and the Bay Area including The Finer Things Fashion Show. Her charisma and charm shines bright whether she is strutting down the runway, modeling for various print campaigns, or acting in such shows as Pixie and Dust. As strong as she is beautiful, Geianna is a natural athlete currently training to compete in the Junior Olympics. The youngest of six, this young Influencer lets nothing stand in the way of her achieving her goals. When not training or smiling for the camera, Geianna enjoys dancing, traveling or hanging out with friends.
HI, WELCOME TO ABOUT INSIDER! THANKS FOR TAKING THE TIME TO CHAT WITH US! CAN YOU TELL US A LITTLE BIT ABOUT YOURSELF, WHO IS GEIANNA GONZALEZ IN YOUR OWN WORDS?
To me, Geianna Gonzalez is a teen model and athlete. She is determined to succeed in everything she does.
HOW AND WHEN EXACTLY DID YOU REALIZE YOU HAD A PASSION FOR MODELLING & ACTING?
I realized I had a passion for modeling when I realized that I was more confident on the runways. As a shy person, the runway was my safe place, something I’m good at. Being good at something makes me feel proud. I knew I had a passion for modeling a few years ago when I noticed how my mood changed from before I was on the runway, to when and after I was on the runway.
MANY PEOPLE THINK MODELLING IS JUST ABOUT STYLE AND MAKEUP. WHAT’S YOUR TAKE ON THIS?
Although many people think that modeling is just about style and makeup, to me it is about the fun of it and thinking about modeling in the future and where it can lead me. It’s also representing brands and getting noticed.
HOW DO YOU PREPARE FOR PHOTOSHOOTS AND THE RUNWAY?
I prepare for photo shoots and the runway by practicing my poses so that I won’t be stressed and it makes everything much easier. I would also tell myself that I have nothing to worry about so that it will boost up my confidence more.
TELL US A LITTLE BIT ABOUT YOUR SHOW PIXIE AND DUST.
Pixie and Dust was a fun experience for us kids. I had to get out of my comfort zone for that, but it was a lot of fun. It was many years ago, so I vaguely remember much.
YOU ARE VERY ATHLETIC. TELL US WHAT SPORTS YOU PARTICIPATE IN CURRENTLY.
I do run track, play basketball, and I’m currently participating in flag football and volleyball.
WHAT ARE YOUR HOBBIES?
My hobbies include sports, modeling, tie dying shirts, and social media.
WHAT’S SOMETHING WE SHOULD KNOW ABOUT YOU THAT MIGHT SURPRISE US?
Something most people don’t know about me that could come off as a surprise is my nationality. Most people don’t know that I am part African American, part Mexican, and part Chinese.
