Folk Artist Andy Fischer-Price Is All Set To Release His Debut EP, Titled “Party In The Woods”

Andy Fischer-Price, a highly experienced folk artist, is set to release his debut solo EP, ‘Party In The Woods,’ which is said to provide his fans with a sense of amazing comfort.
In this upcoming project, Andy Fischer-Price encourages listeners to seize every opportunity for freedom, even if it is only for a brief moment.

The EP’s title track is now available and discusses the desire to live life on your own terms, as well as how life and responsibility prevent us from doing so. The phrase “Party in the Woods” is a metaphor for the comfy life that we all seek to escape from mundaneness. ‘Party In The Woods’ is Andy Fisher-Price’s first solo EP after the disbanding of his last project, Smoky Knights, in 2019. For the first time, the Washington-based artist ventured into the world of singing and songwriting.

For ‘Party In The Woods,’ he got inspiration from Rick Rubin’s first album with Johnny Cash, where Johnny played the songs live on a couch with mics set up to record them. Speaking about his upcoming EP, Andy said, “My friend/producer, Michael Pappas, and I wanted to keep it live and really organic – to make sure the songs were strong in their simplest form.”

The other songs in the upcoming EP, ‘Drunken Road’ and ‘Good John,’ have an old-school feel that blends perfectly with his power-packed singing. The EP will be available on all major streaming platforms on August 22, 2021. Aside from the title track, Andy also released another song this year, “Stay Awhile.” For more information, follow Andy Fischer-Price on Instagram, and Twitter.
