Dave Herrera it’s just a guy who enjoys collaborating with friends and writing music coming up with fun ideas and enjoying life to the fullest!
HOW IS IT RELEASING NEW MUSIC?
There are many many artists releasing new songs each week and each day of the month, it’s very competitive, it’s very creative to see what other people are doing and how they’re coming up with their own songs, their own videos and the artwork that they’re utilizing to market some of their new music. I think writing music with co-writers and collaborating with the musicians is the best part lol. Releasing and marketing the music is kind of like fishing you throw it out there and you see what type of responses you get from those that are willing to listen to it!
CAN YOU TALK TO US MORE ABOUT YOUR LATEST SINGLE “Shades”?
The song Shades was an inspiration from meeting people that not only used the shades as eye protection but a barrier to get to know them!
WHAT’S THE STORY BEHIND THAT SONG?
You know when you meet somebody and there wearing shades; and those shades could be used as a barrier to get to know them as a person, that’s a quick snippet of what the song is about.
HOW OFTEN ARE YOU CREATING NEW MUSIC?
Whenever an idea comes up I’ll jot it down and think about how that idea was generated and what my life experience might be in that moment of time, that occurs frequently therefore it helps with the creation of writing the song and then turning into music.
HOW DIFFICULT IS IT TO GAIN FOLLOWERS ON SOCIAL MEDIA?
To secure followers on social media is a very very difficult past obviously you have to have lots of content that is interesting to people and captures their attention. It’s one of those things you have to continue to work work work.
WHAT’S SOMETHING WE SHOULD KNOW ABOUT YOU THAT MIGHT SURPRISE US?
I’m just a simple ordinary person that enjoys being at home hanging with family and friends and watching a lot of baseball.

We’re always working on something new whether it’s videos, new songs, something that just keeps the creative mind going.
