As the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) gears up for the Class 10 and Class 12 board examinations of 2024, it leaves no stone unturned in ensuring a seamless and well-coordinated process. In its latest move, CBSE has announced a mandatory live webinar scheduled for February 16, 2024, to provide comprehensive guidance on examination modalities and evaluation procedures to all stakeholders involved.

The live webinar, slated to commence at 2 pm, will be a crucial platform for centre superintendents, deputy centre superintendents, assistant superintendents, city coordinators, observers, and other relevant personnel. With approximately one-and-a-half hours, the session promises to delve into essential details vital for the smooth execution of the upcoming examinations.

Participants can conveniently access the live stream via the CBSE YouTube channel or by searching for “BoardExams@CBSE” on YouTube. This accessibility ensures widespread participation and engagement from stakeholders across the board.

Under the directive from CBSE, schools are tasked with facilitating the live streaming of the webcast under the direct supervision of the Principal. It’s not only administrative staff who are encouraged to tune in but also teachers involved in Classes IX to XII and other personnel engaged in examination and evaluation processes. The emphasis on broad participation underscores CBSE’s commitment to ensuring that everyone involved in the examination process is well-informed and prepared.

Addressing concerns or queries, CBSE has designated an email address, query.exam2024@cbseshiksha.in, where stakeholders can direct their questions. These inquiries will be addressed during the live webinar or afterwards through distributing Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) to all examination centres. This proactive approach demonstrates CBSE’s dedication to clarity and transparency in its communication with stakeholders.

Additionally, schools must upload specific information on the ASAR app, which is available on the Google Play Store. This includes a geotagged photograph of participants and the total number of attendees during the webcast. Such measures not only ensure compliance but also facilitate monitoring and accountability.

It’s worth noting that attendance at this webinar is mandatory for all schools involved in the CBSE Board Exams 2024. This requirement underscores the significance CBSE places on uniform understanding and adherence to examination protocols. Failure to participate may impede effective examination duties and lead to potential repercussions.

As the board exams for Classes 10 and 12 kick-off, this webinar is a testament to CBSE’s proactive measures in fostering a conducive environment for the fair, transparent, and efficient examinations. By empowering stakeholders with knowledge and guidelines, CBSE aims to navigate through the examination process with confidence and integrity, ensuring the best possible outcomes for all involved parties.
