Austin Orr is a 19-year-old singer, song writer, actor and model. He has had amazing performances at the world renowned Carnegie Hall, The World Games 2022 and more. For many years, Austin has performed on large stages showcasing his singing, theater and musical stage plays abilities. Austin has received many outstanding awards for his exceptional performances.
WHAT INFLUENCED YOU TO BE A SINGER-SONGWRITER?
My true inspiration comes from my real-life experiences and stories. I am a natural storyteller and have always had the ability to incorporate my real-life experiences into the amazing lyrics in my songs.
WHEN AND WHY DID YOU DECIDE TO TRY YOUR HAND IN ACTING AS WELL?
As a little boy, myself and my two siblings would reenact roles from many of our favorite television shows and movies. I was always super fascinated with imitating others. The real energy and excitement I felt from this, led me to aspire to become an actor one day.
TELL US ABOUT YOUR UPCOMING MUSIC ALBUM.
I have written multiple songs and am really excited to release an album in the soon near future. I plan to release a single first, with future plans to release a full album that is going to offer an extremely versatile array of music.
HOW WAS YOUR EXPERIENCE OF PERFORMING WITH CELEBRITIES LIKE LIONEL RICHIE, SHELIA E, YOLANDA ADAMS, AND NELLY DURING THE 2022 WORLD GAMES CHOIR?
My experience performing with celebrities on this level was an amazing experience and more than a world of excitement. It was an experience of a lifetime; one I will never forget.
DO YOU HAVE ANY ARTISTIC COLLABORATION PLANS?
I do have some amazing artistic collaboration plans in the soon near future. At the moment, these plans are still being developed.
WHAT ARE YOUR INTERESTS OUTSIDE OF MUSIC?
Aside from music, I also enjoy acting, writing, modeling, fashion and drawing.
WHAT’S SOMETHING WE SHOULD KNOW ABOUT YOU THAT MIGHT SURPRISE US?
I am very funny and love to entertain and make people laugh.
WHAT IS ONE MESSAGE THAT YOU WOULD LIKE TO GIVE TO YOUR FANS?
I would like to encourage my fans to keep going, to never give up and to know that they are kings and queens. I want them to be reminded that their life is a movie, and they are the main characters.
